Reservations that are cancelled, reduced in length of stay or numbers (rooms and persons) hereinafter collectively called a CANCELLATION are subject to cancellation and no show fees as follows:
1. Hotel Bookings and Tours
- Between 0-15 days before the arrival date - 100% of the total cost
- Between 16-30 days before the arrival date - 50% of the total cost
- Between 31-45 days before the arrival date - 35% of the total cost
The above cancellation fees may be higher depending on the property booked.
2. Tanzania Safaris
- Between 0-15 days before the arrival date - 100% of the total cost
- Between 16-35 days before the arrival date - 50% of the total cost
- Between 36-60 days before the arrival date - 35% of the total cost
The above cancellation fees may be higher depending on the property booked.
3. Flight Cancellation Policies
- Penalty fee applies for cancellation or change of reservation.
- Some tickets are non changeable, non refundable or non re-routable and so note all these are subject to Airline terms and conditions.
- In case of early cancellation, any monies paid will be refunded, less the fees levied by Airlines.
